Let’s rock about it.

For nearly 40 years, Camp Rainbow Gold (CRG) has focused on helping Idaho’s children battling cancer and their families. What started in the mid-’80s as a week of camp for a handful of children diagnosed with cancer is now much, much more. Yes, CRG is still a summer oncology camp, but it’s also a sibling camp, family camp, college scholarship program and a teen support group. It’s 365 days of making a difference in the lives of these children as well as their families and others who support them.

In 2019, CRG purchased 172 acres to build Hidden Paradise, Idaho’s first medically-designed, adaptable, accessible camp – to serve not only their cancer programs, but other nonprofits and organizations throughout Idaho.

That’s where you come in – sign up to sit down! Scentsy is hosting a 12-hour, community-wide, Rock-a-Thon. From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday, Sept. 9, 70 rocking chairs lined up outside Scentsy Commons along Eagle Road in Meridian will be rocking to raise money for Hidden Paradise. Help us make this medical camp a truly magical place for Idaho children.

If you’ve rocked before, you’re probably still talking about it. If you haven’t, you don’t want to miss this year!

“The smallest act can ripple and spread and have a bigger impact than you ever imagined. We have the power to make that difference in each other’s lives and in the lives of everyone we meet. The simplest act can change the world. You can change the world.”
